Energy Healing

Energy healing is a method of restoring the human energy field to its natural state of balance. It is a process that opens the flow of vital life force energy, releasing limiting patterns, experiences and beliefs that are stored within our cellular memory. Blockages are cleared and the energy field is balanced and re-energized. This process addresses the cause of dis-ease- disruption in the body’s energy field from which physical symptoms arise.

Throughout this gentle, non-invasive session, you will lie on a massage table fully clothed. We will take a few minutes to talk about the issue or issues you would like to have cleared and set an intention for that to happen. As you quietly relax, I will rest my hands gently on and just above your body. Crystals and tuning forks will be used to tune your nervous system to a state of coherence where it “hums” in unison within you, affecting how you resonate with environment and those around you.
